My wife having symptoms of endometroisis for last one month. she is seeing a doctor, now she had a heavy bleeding with bundle of clots. what to do?

Possibly go to ER: How heavy is the bleeding? If she is soaking more than one pad per hour she should consider proceeding to the emergency room, if she can't get into her doctor today.
