RLQ: Right lower quadrant pain always raises the question of appendicitis. Typically, people have no appetite, some nausea, fever, and tenderness (hurts to press in) in the rlq. You don't seem to have those sx. Other causes can be irritable bowel syndrome but more serious causes like crohn's need to be excluded.
