Can connective tissue diseases like sjrogrens or lupus cause debilitating headaches? my md did a ct scan to rule out major problems. if the report comes out to be negative, could it be due to ctd?

Yes possible: Consider a neurology or rheumatology consult. Glad the ct was done, but sometimes a more detailed imaging is needed.

Yes. Lupus can: Cause headaches either due to inflammation of the brain or from spasm and inflammation of the blood vessels that supply the brain or the meninges. Not usually a feature of sjrogrens though.
