If Chest CT: Is normal, then interstitial lung disease is unlikely, especially if the chest ct included high resolution images (so called hrct).

Workup and Mgt: The normal testing is reassuring. I would recommend a few more diagnostic tests since you are feeling short of breath. A six minute walk test, lung volumes and a DLCO can be ordered. In addition, spirometry will indicate whether there is small airways disease or restriction, despite a normal Peak Flow. Your physician may also order an EKG.
