Had head ct yesterday for noctural headaches. didn't hear from md yet. can i pretty much assume there's no tumors, head swelling, lesions, etc?negative?

Never: Assume anything. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for things to be read. I would hope something bad would have been called by the radiologist but it does not always happen that way.
