Wrist arthritis: The arthritis of thumbs and wrists can become more symptomatic due to repetitive positioning of the wrist and pincher movement of the thumb. Modifying positioning of wrist and hands can help, splints for your thumb(medigrip) can help. This use of topical antiinflammatories such as voltaren (diclofenac) gel can help as well.
