See a Rheumatologist: First. Repeat the blood tests, but have them done w additional , more specific tests that a rheumatologist is likely to order. Also, many conditions and arthridities are aero-negative meaning , u can have the disease, but it wont show up on blood tests. Of course, if x-rays, mri's are indicated, do them and get a full exam with all info available.

Arthritis: There are many forms of arthritis where the blood tests come back "clear." for example, "seronegative" arthritis has no specific test for it but can be as serious as rheumatoid arthritis. Some people are genetically prone to their joints wearing out called osteoarthritis. Regardless see a rheumatologist if you haven't already for workup, diagnosis and treatment.
