Need normal values for your lab. Likely different than US. HDL is mostly inherited. Best way to change that is to choose different grandparents. Dr humor ;-) I would go online and look for a Cardiovascular risk factor calculator and enter all of your information to see 10 year cardiovascular risk. Best to discuss with local Dr who can give advice based on experience in Morocco in folks like you

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of your values are abnormal. You can raise HDL by regular aerobic exercise. Wish you good health!
