You did the right: Thing by excluding the serious condition that can endanger your life . The next step is to exclude other non cardiac causes of chest pain including acid reflux disease and anxiety disorder like panic attack. Talk to your pcp and he may help you or refer you to psychiatrist . Good luck.

While uncommon: It is uncommon, but young people can have heart disease. You should talk to your doctor, but do not be lulled into a false sense of security because of your age.
