Good idea: Sounds reasonable. Afterall, you would not want to dehydrate.

Yes,electrolytes too: Yes, it is a very good idea to rehydrate with water after exercise. It is also important to replace lost electrolytes like sodium and potassium, and when these are added to water the water is better absorbed.
