Fluids: Start drinking water before exercise, small amounts and keep drinking small amounts at a time through your exercise and after. You are likely drinking your water too fast and that results in stomach dilatation and subsequent nausea. Alternatively, you might want to decrease intensity of your exercise in order to reduce the water shift amount through sweating.
