No: Ask your dr first. Do not add sleeping agents without asking your prescribing dr.

Only if you have at : Least 8 more hours to devote toward sleep & it is prescribed for you that way. Please be aware, however that unusual sleep behaviors can occur with use of ambien (zolpidem).

2mg. Lunesta (eszopiclone): No. Maximum dose of Lunesta (eszopiclone) is 3mg/nite. Talk to your prescribing healthcare professional. A cocktail of medications to treat insomnia is not the right way to go about this without medical management. No alcohol either.
