Yes: Yes you can. Try to take it at the same time every day. Take it by itself without anything else including a multivitamin or any other medication for up to at least an hour after taking it.

Doesn't matter: You can take the thyroid replacement about whenever you want as long as you take it every day. It will make very little difference.
