Not at this point: It sounds like everything is under control now. For future pregnancies it should be discussed at length with OB prior to trying to conceive.

What was the cause?: The way to make sure it will not happen again is to know what caused it and to know the cause was properly treated. Until you know the answers to those questions, you do not know for sure. Ask your doctor those questions. Good luck.
