Damage: When a brain hemorrhage happens areas of brain can be damaged, setting up a focus for triggering seizures. Since you know about the surface of the brain, she must have had imaging which would have revealed a tumor if present.

Congenital variation: Some children are born with brain variations, which can prompt seizure activity. The brain hemorrhage may have left some subtle areas of scarring. A pediatric neurologist can fully explain the cause and effect outcomes, and even help prevent future problems.
