Healthy food: Such as veg, salads, fruit and fish twice a week. Exercise clearly improves brain cells also.

A couple things...: Try exercise, can help increase concentration. Caffeine, in moderation, can help. Avoid sugars, try higher protein diet which can add to concentration efficiency. Avoid depressants such as alcohol. Improve sleep and sleep hygiene. Meditation and yoga have also suggested some improvement in concentration. Hope a couple of these tips help. For me personally, exercise was the best solution for me!
