Brain games: First, check with a doctor if you feel your memory and concentration have recently deteriorated to be sure there isn't any underlying concern. Brain games, puzzles, and simple activities such as brushing your teeth and opening doors with the opposite hand can help improve memory and concentration. Deep breathing, getting out doors, and mindfulness are good as well. Consult a neuropsychologist.
