See below: It is probably originating from your neck go see an orthopedic spine surgeon as soon as possible. In the interim you can try some anti-inflammatories with food if not medically contraindicated as prescribed by the pharmacist. Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain and alternate some ice and moist heat and seek medical attention as above. Good luck.

Possible: If you're having these symptoms, especially with risk factors, would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation. It is possible that what you are experiencing is related to heart disease.
