Rheumatologist: Your symptoms sound more related to muscles, tendons, ligaments. Or peripheral nerves. I recommend a consultation with a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Keep getting evals: Keep going to your dr. As there is a "differential diagnosis" which includes various possible causes of your condition. Often the most serious is ruled out first, like possibly cardiac in your case. Other causes may be some myalgia or arthritic disorder, lymes disease, etc. Keep getting evaluated and your physician should go down the differential diagnosis to eventually treat your condition.
