After Bella's palsy: Treatment with corticosteroids and antivirals are usually used. Facial exercises like tightening and relaxing your facial muscle may make the muscle stronger and help recover faster. Massaging your forehead, cheeks, lips with oilmay help too. Eye care to protect them from dryness if you can't blink or close your eyes. And mouth care too.

Time: Time will likely be the best medicine here. Practicing facial muscle movements to improve tone might be of assistance but is of unknown value.
