Comments: Usually, the palsy slowly resolves on its own over a few weeks. Although OTC B vitamins have been implicated as useful in some older studies, not fully clear if this is of value. Would not hurt to take a B-50 complex once daily for about 3-4 weeks? Also, cover the eye lid which is not readily closing to prevent corneal ulcers.
