No surgery: The fact that the vision is preserved is very fortunate. Cosmetically, one could consider colored contact lenses to make the two eyes appear similar in color. Personally, i'd keep them as they are: a curiosity, and a badge of honor.

Yes: There are some surgical procedures that can be done but it requires special expertise. For example, corneal tatooing. Also, there are cosmetic contact lenses that can really help.

Contact lens: Probably the safest and easiest option is to use a cosmetic contact lens. There are surgical options depending on the level of damage, but if you can correct it without surgery, that would be my recommendation.
