Visual recovery : after cataract surgery is variable. Many conditions dictate the recovery including , but not limited to, density of the cataract previous to surgery, corneal pathology and retinal pathology. Call your Ophthalmologist today with your concerns in case their is a problem that needs immediate attention.

Get recheck: While cataract surgery is one of the most successful procedures out there, generally vision is improved although not optimum by 2-3 days out. Generally cataract surgeons check the eye the day or two after surgery - was that your case? A small pupil is generally a good sign. Call your cataract surgery for a quick recheck to see if there is any problem.
