Pupil Dilation: Hi IPark. It usually takes about 3-4 hrs for the blurriness to subside. What you are experiencing is the inability of your pupil to accomodate.

In a few hours: The effect of medicines for pupil dilation do not last more than 2-4 hours. You should wake up with clear vision in the morning.
