Dermatologist: I'm assuming that maybe you received this prescription from a dermatologist? Whomever prescribed the drug, should be the one to monitor it. As an ob/gyn, i've never checked Accutane levels either. Check with your doctor, should be straightforward. Good luck!

Lab draw station: Depending on your health insurer, there are many options--quest, labcorp, etc.--just check with your insurer for their accepted outpatient labs. Then check phone book or internet for locations. Just need a dr's order for test.
