Went to the ob/gyn and the scan showed i was 5 weeks 5 days but he said there is no blood movement on the fetus, should i be worried?

Not yet: The fetus is just a developing conceptus and the blood system is also still developing. An ultrasonically audible "heart tome"( souffle) may not appear for another week to 10 days/
