You: Have given little data to work with. Are we talking one hand, or both hands and for how long. You should be checked to see if you have no enlarged lymph nodes in your arm pit, while not age appropriate, to see if you have no axially vein thrombosis, and in the same vein, thoracic outlet syndrome. This is mainly if the swelling in one hand. If you have in both you should have also swollen face too.
