Last night i accidentally stabbed my thumb and i think it has hit the bone. its very sore but not much swelling. its sore when i try bend it. do i need special treatment or just antiseptic ointment?

Hard to say. : Hard to say without evaluating it. But if improving with antibiotic ointment over the next day or so you’re probably ok. If getting worse , more painful, more swelling , more redness see a doctor
