You probably: Have an external otitis most probably as you may have injured your external canal with the earphone. Wait if the antibiotics will help. If not go see an ENT dr.

Ear infection: What color is the liquid? If it's cloudy its probably an ear infection. I would go to an urgent care clinic "or your regular physician" to take alook inside your ear and prescribe you antibiotics either as ear drops or maybe pills depending on how deep the infection goes. Needless to say don't put ear-phones in your ear that long, as the create a perfect environment for bacteria to grow..
