Sore throat. runny nose stuffy at night. ear feels like their is liquid in it and everytime i swalllow it hurts my ear.

These symptoms: Without a fever may or may not prove infection. Pressure in sinuses and ears can cause pain. There is congestion as proven by the ear and the pain on swallowing may just be irritation of the throat and the nerve. You will need decongestant/antihistamine and perhaps a nasal spray but your doctor should decide whether you need antibiotics or not. Go get examined and find out. Good luck.
