Coffee: Drink coffee, get 7-8 hours of sleep a night and stay on a regular sleep schedule. Sleep hygiene is important. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day. When falling asleep during the day get up and do something active. While studying, study for 50 mins and take a 10 minute break then come back to it. Take a multivitamin in the am daily. Some people need more sleep then others.
