Pregnancy Exercises: If you're just starting to exercise this late in the pregnancy don't over do it. I would do squats, pelvic tilts, and kegels. For stretching i would keep the feet together, place a fist inbetween the knees, squeeze the knees together and hold for 5 sec and repeat. Also perineal massage would be beneficial starting around week 37 or so.
