Fat after delivery: You are eating more calories than you are burning. So you need to eat less or exercise more. Or do both. Get the app Chronometer and enter all you eat/ drink for a day or two and exercise you do and it should become clear what the problem is. I can recommend the DASH DIET. It never fails. My record pt weight loss is 140 lbs. give it a try. Should be down 10 lbs in 2 weeks is my estimate. M
