Red eye: Possibly red eye. You need to be seen by a doctor or an ophthalmologist as soon as possible.

Eye infection: You have eye infection and need to see ophthalmologist and get antibiotic eye drops. In the mean while flush them with cool water. If you have pain, visual disturbance or photophobia , go to emergency room. Thanks.
