Mix up: You brought to the plate different symptoms that may not be connected. Blood in the urine & lower back pain are suggestive of a kidney stone trying to pass. Vaginal discharge is common with chlamydia and yeast infection, but those won't spread up. You need further investigation.

Urine infection: You need a urine test to make sure you do not have a urinary tract infection. Undiagnosed urine infection may cause problem later on.
