Lymph nodes: In the arm pit are better felt with hand down. This is fact and this is how it should be examined.However, i would suggest to se a doctor that he/she should come to the conclusion are both arm pits the same or not. It can be nothing but just in case have someone who knows better...

Not necessarily: See oyu doctor you may have enlarged lymph node, they can move with position.
