Torticollis: If you have torticollis, the best treatment is muscle relaxants and antiinflammatory drugs. But at home, you may starte with non steroidal antiinflammatory drug and keeping your neck warm and adding gentle massages, see if it works ( it may take a long time without muscle relaxant to have effects).
