Full exam: 20 year old gentleman with arm and neck pain. I recommend you get a full exam from your physician. Always include all of your history, medications, and all symptoms including the onset, location, duration, intensity, character, and associated factors. Do you have photophobia or headache? Trauma? In college? Full history and physical exam will help out. Good luck.
