No difference: Because it probably wouldn't make a difference, the maximum effect of Pepcid is achieved with 2 doses a day, if you need a more powerful acid reducer then you need to change Pepcid to something else like Nexium (esomeprazole) " medically we call them ppis or proton pump inhibitors".
