SEE BELOW: Dilantin interacts with numerous medications, and not worthwhile to do cumbersome approach with alternating Pepcid (famotidine) and Dilantin. OK to take them together, and if your doctor is concerned, a Dilantin blood level can allow dose adjustment to therapy range if required.
