What does it mean if your fibroids is 2mm?

Nothing: 2mm is very tiny and a fibroid of this size is incapable of causing any symptoms. Fibroids are very common benign tumors, particularly in african-american women. It is estimated that up to 80% of these women of childbearing age have these tumors. 2mm fibroids are what i refer to as "passenger" fibroids. They ride along in the uterus and don't need anything done about them.
