Please clarify: If you have an active MRSA infection it is best to get that treated before you have oral surgery. If you had oral surgery and develop MRSA infection, you should also get that treated right away. Mrsa is curable.

Where's the mrsa?: In general, good idea to have one infection totally resolved before doing any kind of elective surgical procedure.
