Peristalsis: Our intestines-the large and the small are moving regularly-which is called peristalsis. Sometimes you don't feel some other time you feel it-especially if you are hungry, or have other condition like diarrhea, constipation etc. That is probably causing the "kicking in the stomach". Uterus, however, does not move-located on the lower pelvic area. I think it has nothing to do with uterine tumor.
