Possibly: If your doctor is worried you may have TB there are blood tests that may be useful.

No Blood Work: Blood work is not needed in determining the meaning of a positive PPD (new positive versus historical positive (e.g. Bcg vaccination)) in context of medical history. The negative chest xray indicates no active disease and is a good thing.
