Depends: This isn't as straight forward as you would think. The implant companies rate the implants to last 10-15 years. That doesn't mean that you will have to replace the implant or will have problems after 10 years. As long as the implant is soft, in good position, and you are happy with the appearance and not having discomfort, or abnormal mammograms you should be fine. Check with your surgeon.
