It is a family planning question. i have reached my 3years for my implant i received the 22 june 2015. would just like to know do i go change it the 22 june 2018 or can i go now anytime?

You can go now: Your implant is going to "expire" at three years - however, you should be able to have it replaced any time starting now since it is almost 3 years. Also - it is likely still effective for longer than three years, so if you are a little late getting it replaced that is probably fine.
