Implant / bleed: I assume this is under the skin implanon, as one usually doesn't change IUDs that often. May be variation, may be that implant needs to be changed again( when was it last changed? ) May be fibroids, polyps, rarely failure rate (0.05% about 5 in 10,000( more common in overweight individuals). f/u /w/ doc may need sonogram if persists
