How long do ingrown toenails take to heal?

If treated properly: A minor problem will heal quickly. If you're talking about a 'permanent' correction (matrixectomy), then it will take a few weeks. There is typically very little in the way of disability, though.

Depends.: Was the ingrown just tender or was it infected and inflamed? Did it require incision & drainage under a local anesthetic or just proper, effective clipping? Lastly, did you undergo a permanent repair? Each has a different timespan associated..It can be anywhere from immediate to as long as 5-6 weeks. Your podiatrist can best answer you.
