Vasodilatation: Nitroglycerine is a vasodilator that opens blood vessels to improve blood flow.It is used to treat angina chest pain which is caused by not enough blood flowing to the heart.Nitro opens up the arteries in the heart(coronary arteries)which improves the symptom of vhest pain.
