See doctor to: Rule out another cause of your chest pain. Don't assume it is stress.

Stress Anxiety: Chest pain is only one symptom of stress and anxiety. First, make sure you don't have a cardiac disease. An ekg ordered by your physician and full blood count, liver profile, and thyroid tests: tsh, t4, t3 (liothyronine) total and free, will suffice, second, start thinking about what is making you anxious and stressed. Third, start making chances in your life, using relaxation techniques to prevent anxiety.

ER or Urgent care: There are many causes for chest pain. The most dangerous ones involve the heart or lungs. Chest pain is always a red flag regardless of the reason. Re.:seek immediate medical help. (er or urgent care).
