Stress Anxiety: Chest pain is only one symptom of stress and anxiety. First, make sure you don't have a cardiac disease. An ekg ordered by your physician and full blood count, liver profile, and thyroid tests: tsh, t4, t3 (liothyronine) total and free, will suffice, second, start thinking about what is making you anxious and stressed. Third, start making chances in your life, using relaxation techniques to prevent anxiety.
